Admission Criteria for B.Sc through Distance Learning
The criteria for admission into the Bachelor of Science course in India by means of distance education will differ from institution to institution. But the basic requirement of all institutions will be the same – a pass in the higher secondary. Some academic institutions might ask for more than 45 percent marks in the science discipline.
There is no need for students to worry about their certifications. Once they have completed their education in B.Sc Chemistry, it will be possible for them to go for advanced studies or go for other professional courses available in this stream of education. The only thing they need to check is whether the distance learning program is approved by DEC (Distance Education Council). One can also appear for various competitive exams carried out by the central and state governments and get jobs.
