The degree in MBBS is a compulsory one for anyone who is going to be a Doctor.  The course is a noble profession as the course is very competitive & there is no luxury of doing errors in this profession.  The subject of Physiology is about the study of different way of study of human organs.

What is taught in this paper?

The paper deals with the study of physical, biochemical & mechanical functions of the various organs and systems. The paper deals with their cells & organs from which they are composed. The paper also deals with the anatomy of human being.

Importance of that particular subject:

The paper of Physiology is a study which is closely related to the anatomy of human body but the study in the sector is responsible to diagnosis of the physical & chemical malfunctions that occurs in a living being.

Paper Pattern:

The paper of Physiology is a technical paper and questions asked are generally required to be solved with illustrative diagrams. There are 6 questions in the paper and all questions are necessary to be solved. The questions are in the form of multiple questions in each question. The no. of sub-questions varies from 2 to 4 in the paper. Except from 1st question, all questions are of equal marks. Questions are of description type based on topics.

The paper is based on questions such as Laryngeal Cartilages, Laryngeal muscles, sensory innervation, histology of Larynx, interossei of hand, circumflex nerve, cerebro-spinal fluid, sub arachnoid cisterns, claw hand, development of tongue, short notes on Fornix, decidua, histological structure of tonsil etc.

Marks and time:

The paper can give 50 marks to a student and time fixed for it is 3 hours.
