Job profile: The candidate would be required to take incoming calls from the company’s client’s resolve their respective query and providing follow up. The candidate would be required to maintain customer log book and forward non resolved queries to seniors. The candidate would be required to work in a 24 / 7environment.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non Engineering Candidates only). The candidate should have some basic knowledge of computers (MS Office). He is also required to have an excellent keyboard typing speed of around 30 w.p.m. The candidate must have excellent communicational as well as written skills in English Language.

Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in the same position at an International Call Center.
