Federal Bank 2009 PO Exam
Federal Bank is one of the reputed banks which are conducting the Probationary officer exam for recruiting candidates for the post of PO. Bank invites all the application for PO from the eligible aspiring candidates. Candidates are advised to apply online for this post of PO.
The Online registration will not be considered valid unless the computer printout of the system generated application along with the demand draft, photograph affixed and signed across and self-attested copies of the requisite certificates is received by ordinary post at the specified address.
IMPORTANT DATES:
• Commencement of online registration: Last week of January, 2008.
• Last date of online registration: Mid of February, 2009.
• Date of Entrance examination: mid of March, 2009.
NOTE:
Candidates may download the call letters from the website from March 10, 2008 onwards by entering their registration number and password.
PAY SCALE:
Candidates offered Probationary Officer (Scale I) cadre posts will be in the pay scale of Rs.10000 - 470/6 – 12820 – 500/3 – 14320 – 560/7 - 18240.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Candidate must not be more than 26 years of age to be eligible for this post.
• Candidate must have completed graduation in LAW OR
• Candidate must have completed Post Graduation in Science with minimum 60% marks OR
• Post Graduation in Commerce/ Arts with minimum 55% marks OR
• Graduation in Engineering/ Agriculture with minimum 60% marks OR
• MBA with minimum 55% marks OR
• MCA with minimum 55% marks OR
• Chartered Accountancy
From any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
• Candidates have to appear in written test conducted by the bank.
• Short listed candidates have to appear in Personal Interview conducted by the University.
