Are diploma pediatrics postgraduates eligible for phd ? What are the prospects in research after diploma pediatrics?

If you are university is recognized by the State Government or UGC. Candidate who completed their master's degree with 55% are eligible for Ph.D after completed their ph.D they can apply for professor of different universities or they can apper for UGC-NET examination.
