I am pursuing my b-pharm course 2nd year ,3rd sem I got entry through jeelet after the completion of my diploma course. Now i want to change my current college and go back to the same collage from where i pursued my diploma under the same university wbut. Can i do that?

Yes. It is possible that you can change your college in the 2nd year or 3rd semester of your course under the same university. But you should not have any active backlogs to get eligible for changing your college in the 2nd year.
