Re: Are diploma holders eligible for group entrance exams?
Group examinations are classified into four like Group-I, Group-II, Group-III and Group-IV. Candidates who have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to appear in Group-I and Group-II examination. Candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board are eligible to appear in Group-III and Group-IV examination. So, being a Diploma holder, you are eligible to appear in Group III and Group-IV examinations.

Re: Are diploma holders eligible for group entrance exams?
As group entrance exam are classified into two category such as group-1 and group-2.For any kind of group exam one should have graduation degree atleast. So a diploma holder are not eligible for group entrance exam as diploma is not equal to graduation degree.
