I have completed diploma in civil engineering now i am intersting to join in archeological department in BTech.

It is unlikely that you can join a BTech program in Archaeology directly after completing a diploma in Civil Engineering, as the two fields are not closely related. A BTech in Archaeology is not a common program, and typically requires a background in subjects such as history, anthropology, or archaeology.
