JEXPO stands for Polytechnic Joint Entrance Examination. It is an entrance examination which is conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) for candidates who are interested to get admission in Polytechnic course. Candidates who have completed 10th standard from a recognised board are eligible to appear in JEXPO examination. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in first year of three years Diploma course.

JEXPO is organize by WEVSCTE(West bangal state counselling of technical education).
It is entrance examination taken for admission in polytechnic in West bangal. Eligibility criteria for JEXPO is given below: 1.Candidate must have passed 10th examination with minimum 35%. 2.There is no age limit for JEXPO. Generally JEXPO exam is taken in 2nd week of april. You can apply for various polytechnic colleges in West bangal after secured good marks in JEXPO. |

Full Form of JEXPO:
JEXPO -- Joint Entrance Examination Basically this JEXPO Examination is conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education for the selection of candidates to 1st year Diploma course. JEXPO is basically a Diploma Entrance Examination. Candidates who have successfully completed their 10th Class from a recognized university can give JEXPO examination for getting admission into Diploma (3 year course). This is how JEXPO examination is related to Diploma Courses. There are many colleges accept this JEXPO Score for giving admission into Diploma courses. Some of the best colleges are, Bengal Institute of Technology, K.G. Engineering Institute, Birla Institute of Technology, Women's Polytechnic Jodhpur Park, Malda Polytechnic, A.P.C. Roy Polytechnic and Hoogly Institute of Technology. |
