What should I do after completion of diploma in computer science engineering if my interest is in Graphics, designing and web designing? Which course would come handy for getting me a job? Is it possible to get a job now with only my diploma course? What should be done?

Yes. You can get job based on your diploma in computer science engineering but the job role will not be great at this level of education. As you mentioned you’re interested in designing, graphics designing, web designing.

Why don’t you try to get a certification from reputed institute which is in designing training. A certification with hands on experience by freelancing projects or internships will come hand to you to find the right job to start your career with design industry.

Or take up a job based on your diploma and improve your skills online or offline or through correspondence course. After you get considerable amount of exposure with theoretical and practical knowledge your decision making will be phenomenal than now as a student or fresh passed out.
