The mode of pay will be your decision and the bank will do as per your decision which needs to be stated in the application requesting to disburse loan installment. The bank can transfer the amount to your college's account through NEFT/ RTGS and can also disburse the loan amount in the savings account from which you can pay the college fees. The bank can also issue cheque in the name of your college as disbursement of loan amount.
