hi ur score should be around 175 aproox & ur rank should probbaly around should be less than 10000 ok if ur g.e then u have 2 score this ok

For a general catagories student appx 225 marks is enough to take admission in several NIT's through AIEEE.
& this will vary as per catagories, just
for OBC marks would be 180.
for SC 125
for ST 75 & so on.

you have to score very good in AIEEE to get into NITs .your score may vary from year to year depending upon the competition in that particular year.but you must at least aim to score 50-55% to get admission into NITs.

sir, i have scored 193 marks for AIEEE 2010. Can i get admission in NIT calicut. I am from Kerala.

The better is the best. Top nits within 10000 ranks get filled up. You have to get 40% of score to qualify.

Its your all india rank that decides that where you can get admission rather than marks scored.
To get admission in good NITs with good branches one needs to score at least 10000 All India Rank. However, one can get admission in NITs upto 20000 but the choices and preferences of college and branch are difficult to get.

The AIR should be above 10,000.
The best nits like trichy,Chandigarh take at such provisional ranks.
Though seats like in metallurgical can be got at 30,000 too.

if you want to get admission in the nit then your must should be within the 10000,
and for this your marks should be more than 175.and then you can get chance in nit.

to get an nit college the minimum marks required for general category student are 200 and for sc/st student are 150 marks. But it also changes year after year in accordance to the cut off.
