I am a science student and i am interested in pursuing law, therefore is it necessary that i take up CLAT examination ? cant i get admission into a good law college with my board examintion marks ?

If you want to interested in LAW then you can give the LAW entrance exam after 12th pass. If you have 60% in the 12th board exam then you are eligible for all Good college who offer LAW course. Many college take admission at 50% marks in the 12th class.
Some good college who offer LAW course:
1. KiiT University, Bhubaneshwar.
2. ViT University, Vellore.
3. Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune.
4. National Law University, Delhi.
5. NLSIU, Bangalore.

hi i hv cmpleted my 12th through NIOS (national institute of open learning school) in 2011 and i have scored 62% but is it necessary to take admission in law college whose age is of 17 yrs or any one can take admission plz mention the age........

Hi it’s not compulsory to give Law entrance exams for LLB or any law programs, entrance exams for only 12- 14 National law schools, there are some universities and university accredited law colleges where you don’t have to give an law entrance but each colleges have their own selection procedure for admission, for example some colleges prepare a merit list from the students who had applied for the course then select the merit candidates out of the list, some have interviews too, if your 10th standard and 12th standard marks are good you have a good chance to secure a admission
