Yes, you can join Indian Army after passing 12th with any stream.
For this you have to qualify the National Defence Academy(N.D.A) Exam.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with any subject from recognized university
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year
> Medically fit

There are 3 steps of selection:-
-Written exam.
-Interview
-medical exam

Dear friend you can apply for NDA exam after your 12th, after your seletional you will trained at NDA/IMA and you will get a bachelors degree in science arts commerce or complete your education get a bachelors degree appear for SSC?SSB exam , after clearing this you will get a call letter for SSB/SSC selection camp, after clearing this you will be absorbed on the bases of all India merit

To join as Army Officer in Indian Army one has to apply, appear and crack NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC two times a year as NDA-I and NDA-II after 12th Commerce.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board.

The candidate should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The NDA can be applied only through on line by paying requisite fees for examination. If you atre interested you can apply for NDA-I 2013 exam which will be held in the month of April 2013.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.
