after4 years I can get jobs easily if I took automobile engineering

lot of people have adviced that automobile engineering is not a safe stream to take..... But i am passionate about in.....
How is record of vit in placements...

You said that there are lot"s of job in automabile engineering but i am search job in this field,but there are not company which hiaired the automobile engineer me and my class mate didnot find job yet. These company take only IIT student

Naw a days there are many demand of an automobile engineer in our cuntry.
Nit s have good placement record. You can take admission in a good college.
After compliting you can placement in this compani like tata motors,mahindra,hindustan motors , hero honda,BMW,bajaj,TVS, maruti and so many others.

In this perticular field you may choose the NIIT or MIIT these are basic college show the maximum selection in this field ..

u can do catia or pro-e since u can learn about the body shell designing & sheet metal designing of various parts in a car......as u completed ur UG u are also eligible to do ANSYS which improves ur knowledge in analysing the design

There are many reputed institutes all over India which offer B.Tech in automobile engg.

Its very important to do your automobile engineering college from a good college which offers promising placement in good companies.
That should be your main criteria.

As far as autombile engineers' demand is concerned its only increasing day by day.
They do get stiff competition from mechanical engineers at times that is why as stated above the college from where you are pursuing this course is very important.

I recently completed my Masters in Automotive Engineering in UK. I finished my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering last year, so I do not have any work experience. I would like to know what starting salary I could expect from companies like BMW, Hyundai, Honda etc for the position of a Graduate Engineer.
