No, This University IS NOT Banned for the B. tech.
IT IS ALSO fully approved by UGC.SO, THERE IS NO DOUBT IN THE COURSE ...THE B. TEH IS ALSO OPEN FOR THE STUDENTS..

JRN Rajasthan (to be Deemed )university was some how approved to run the distance education courses till Jun 2009. but after june 2009 they had sttoped for new admission. any one can see the university notification on the university web site. before june 2009 all courses are run by this university is fully approved.there are may web sits even at AICTE web site you can see the latest gadzetts by gov of india Ministry of HRD. where in the list of universities , JRN RVD is also listed.But afetr June 2009 they are not authoriesed to take new admission. so please take care . and check the university notic board available on web site. when university will start, first he will declear on their web site. then it will be safe to take admission. till date don't take risk.
