my friend, it first depends on your interest. due to recession, in the recent past computer field has lost its fame, but not completely. i think mechanical is a ever green field and there exist humongous amounts of jobs yet and its one of those fields where research also exists.

i think Automobile engg. is best in its means.There is aboom in auto industry these days and alot of international companies locating there plants day by dayo so you should go for AUTOMOBILE ENGG.

all the engineering course have its own future and scope, but Mechanical
engineering is a better base on which to build your career. Aeronautical
engineering is a more focused specialization, and if you're interested in this
line, it's a better option at the Master's level than at the Bachelor's level.
If your college has an option, you can choose an aeronautics elective as
part of a mechanical engg course..........

Just go for that field which you are interested in and forget about the money that you'll be earning later.....whatever field you take, if you fully concentrate and work upon it , then i am damn sure that you can achieve in that field irrespective of the way that field is spoken of....
In my personal opinion , i would pick civil and mechanical as the best fields to be chosen considering the future situations....

According to me civil & mechanical are the best groups now and have a great future now a days.

Hi I am from APIIIT,Nuzvid.Here we have only 5 groups.1.mechanical 2.chemical 3.ECE 4.civil.After completion of B.tech I will get two degrees.First one is IT degree.IT degree is common for all students.but another group is different for various students.so everybody has to select good group.please advise me which group I have to select.Please think about my future.

hello friend,according to my openion core stream like civil,mechanical,electrical have very good scope in future..

i think going for fashion tech is the BEST OPTION...... ...... there are many opportunities.remember u can even enjoy ur life.!i say this bcoz i pursued fashion designing n i'm placed well .. now i'm abroad continuing my career successfully........

i m 21 a graduate in comerce but huge interest in mech. engg. can i go in this age via diploma.
is there would be age factor bcoz i will be 27 when completing b.tech mech.

It depends on your interest in which stream you are interested.
Now a days CS and EC are the best going streams.

Dear there is a lot of scope in every field you just have have choose rite one according to your interest.
if you are interested to deal with machines then you should take "Mechanical Engg."
and if you are interested to deal with soft wares then you should prefer CS or IT.
or if you are interested in doing Government jobs then you look for"Electrical and Electronics Engg."

core branches are good for engg.like civil engg,mechanical engg,electrical engg,elecrtonics engg.

in the recession market computer engg & IT students have to do struggle for getting a job.

but some how in the recession period,core market are not affected.
so it is better to choose core trade.
