if you are applying online then first get dd. fill the form on official site of iit. get it printed. fix your photograph and other details. send it through speed post.
else you can buy an application form. fill the bubbles with hb pencil and fill in details with black ball point pen only. read the instructions carefully before filling in the form.

go to http://www.jee.iitb.ac.in/....
the site provides step to step instructions to fill he form......after filling the form you have to take a print of it and send it to the authority with all the certificates......you will have to pay through credit card while filling a online form......... best of luck
