I am very sorry to say you that the minimum eligibility to get admission in Bed, is pass in


graduation with marks greater than equal to 50%, so you are not eligible to get


admission in Bed.

look fireind for doing bed to general candidate is 50% percent and for sc/st its 45% so you are not elligible according to it

As far as BEd is concerned your graduation marks is taken into consideration and not Pg. It should be minimum 50%.
There is application notification for allahabad univresity BEd.

yes, commerce gradaute are elligible for applying for the BEd exam with minimum 50% percent.
since you have scored 65% in your gradaution you are eligible for appearing in BEd entrance exam

basically, minimum percentage for B.Ed. is 50% but in many institutes there is entrance exam also,students may get admission through entrance exam.

The minimum percentage required is 50% in your graduation for B.ED.

Eligibility of The candidate must have at least 55% marks aggregate in post graduate or graduate in education or teaching.
if u have more percentege then u can succesively get a seat else it you may not....

yes, you can do MA english through distance mode of education from IGNOU or other places

For B.ed Entrance Exams, You Have To Scored Minimum 45% Marks in Your Bacholar Degree Or In Your Graduatio Exams . But According to You, You Are Not Eligible Because You Have Scored only 43% Marks In B.A.


Eligiblity Creteria for B.ed -

Bachelor’s degree or any other qualification recognised equivalent thereto from a
recognised university with a minimum of 50 % and

below, with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate in each of these two subjects. (All
the papers/ courses offered by the candidate in each of the two subjects at the bachelor’s degree to be taken into consideration for the purpose of calculation of each of the subject percentage)


So, You Have Scored Only 43% Marks In Your B.A Degree. So, I Think You are Not Eligible for B.ed Exams.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear for the Ed-CET exam which gives admission into the B.Ed course because the minimum percentage required in graduation to appear for the exam is 50%.

So, you are not eligible for the exam. And even you are not eligible for some public sector or government jobs which will take the candidates who are having a minimum of 55% of marks at their graduation level.

My suggestion is to go for higher studies. Pursue your post graduation in M.Sc or MBA and try to get god percentage and they to look for good jobs.

The eligibility for B.Ed is 50% marks in graduation(i.e aggregate marks).
Though there are some universities that offers this course to the students having 45% or even 40% marks in graduation like Jammu univ. etc.

According to eligibility criteria you should score minimum 50% marks in your bachelor Degree Or In graduation.Also you are eligible if you have Masters degree in Commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

for admission in the best colleges of the b ed you require a minimum of the 50% of the marks .......
but then also you can get admisssion in some other private colleges ...
so try out for it.......

if you belong to the general category the you can not apply for the b ed course as the minimum percentage required for the general category is about 50% of the marks and about 40% of the marks for the reserved classes .......
but then you can do the teaching job at the private schools and do the private tut-ions and apply for some other jobs...........

minimum of the 50% marks are required for the admission in the b ed courses but then you can get the admission through the management quota as you do not have the 50% of the marks........
