you are needed to submit salary certificate if you dont have any certificate showing sc/st/obc. but if you are having these certificate then there is no need to submit this certificate . generally this salry certificate is submitted in order to make sc/st /obc certificate. these certificate needs to be renewed after 2 or 3 years.

If you have a SC/ST certificate than no need to give any further verification and for non-creamy layer of OBC you need to have a certificate.If you have no need to give any salary proof.and yes basic is calculated for salary proof.

Since you belong to non-creamy layer you need to show your income certificate to avail the benefit .
This certificate is generally issued from tehsil of your area to which you belong.

we not have the rationcard,ID card.but i need Income certificate for scholarship.for income certificate what are the proofs we have to submit.

yes,there is a need of salary proof for OBC certificate.this is the only way by which they know about you and decide you are in non creamy layer or not

I mentioned OBC in psu examination ,later i found i belong to creamy layer , now i have got an interview call........whether they will disqualify me or treat me as general candidate??

At the time of submission no such certificate is required but at the time of counseling they may ask for it. so be prepared for that and good luck!

Salary certificate proof is required for non-creamy layer category in AIEEE.But if you have current (sc/st or obc) certificate of non-cremy layer(ncl) then nothing is required.

since,(sc/st or obc) certificate are required to renew in every three years,so .if you have renewed your certificate within (2010-2007) then not to worry.but if not then renew it as soon as possible because without it you will not considered.

Hi, My Father was Goverment teacher and expired in 2005. My mother is a family pensioner and Pension value is less than 1.5 L per annum. But i am working in MNC and my salary is around 10L per annum. Please let me know if i belong to Non-Creamy layer category. Bascially i fall into OBC.

I am working in PSU, I would like to get "non-creamy layer cetificate" for admission of my son but I am very much confused by refering the orders. I am falling in OBC category and my annual income is about 6.0 lacs.
Presently I am Group-I employee but my initial appointment was in Group-III and subsequently reached to Group-I on promotion.
In this context I would like to know that "whether am I eligible for getting the "non creamy layer certificate".
and for this purpose is Income crietaria is applicable? because as per my interpretation the income crietaria is applicable to only those service persons threir posts are not defined equavelant with Govt.post as per clause VI of OM.

TO get 27% reservation , you need to furnish latest OBC income certificate during counseling.
Prescribed format is given at the back of AIEEE brochure.
I have also uploaded the pdf format of the form.

Dear friend,

Non-creamy layer certificate is required only at the time of making/renewing the SC/ST/OBC certificate.

Once SC/ST/OBC is made then no where non-creamy layer certificate is required.

But SC/ST/OBC certificate should be recent.

SC/ST/OBC certificate are required to renew in every three years, if your certificate is made /renewed within last three years then do not worry, there is no need to submit the certificate.
