Basically for you it would be better if you take the syllabus from your university and prepare accordingly. You can even purchase the previous years solved papers for your preparation.
But what is your real problem I could not get it.
So please specify your problem.

Dear friend
The admission procedure in mostly colleges in Mumbai is centralized and is conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra. The aspiring candidates have to appear in the CET test and undergo the procedure of admission conducted by the Directorate.
Graduates from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in; Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Agriculture Science are eligible to appear for C.E.T.

please specify about which state bed exam you are asking for as different state conduct their exms separtely.
there are some university which conduct their own bed exams as bhu, allahabad university etc.
generally all bed state exams are conducted separetly.
the process starts in march generally and exams held in may

till now Bed is only a 1 year course but there are chances that it may become 2 years course in coming years.
But still its 1 year only all over India
