dont worry, the entrance test totally depends on your mental ability. they check whether u r seriously interested in doing this course or doing it for a certificate. you should know a bit of history in film making, and current affairs. you wil not find any specific book to pass this entrance test..............

The minimum eligibility is a bachelor's degree. candidates willing to pursue a course in Audiography and TV engineering, should have Physics at 10+2 level besides a bachelors degree in any discipline. Similarly for the course in art direction, the candidate should either have a bachelor's degree an equivalent diploma in Architecture/painting/Applied Art/Sculptures/Interior designs or related fields in fine arts.

For the course in Animation and Computer graphics, the minimum eligibility is 10+2. However, candidates with diploma in fine arts are given preference.

Hi friend,

FTII has not given a sharp guidelines regarding syllabus however one who is applying in Post graduate certificate or diploma course must sit in following tests:
- Written Test in Specific Area including General Knowledge
- General Mental Ability
- Written test in screenplay writing

These test however dont require additional praparation but you should practise to crack it.
