generally the age limit for IAS exam is 30yrs...but as concerned to divorsed women,the relaxation age(i.e.upper age limit) is 9 yrs.so,for a divorced women the age limit is 39yrs...not matters wheather sc or any other caste...

For General Category-

You couldn't mention the type of jobs in government.

But if you complete the graduation the following is eligibility conditions:

Graduation from a recognised university.

Age limits is 21 years to 30 years, 3 years age relaxation for the OBC candidates, 5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

But if you want to apply any of the government jobs the minimum age limit is 18 years.

Every job has different age requirements, thus it can't be said that what are the ages for different government jobs.
For a particular, one has to go through the job profile but for SC minimum age relaxation of 5 years are provided in different government jobs.
Different jobs have different education criteria, for the education criteria visit the job profile.
