The results are posted after the session ends as there are 2 sessions in a month and when you get into the 30 ranks you will be notified how mush money you have been deserved and then you have to give your address so that they could send it through speed post to your area.

Don't worry my friend,there are many member to help you.The only thing you need to do is a good posting by answering what the asker has asked and giving him a right information.That's all you will points for it and might get increase in points if they are good and you will raise in rankings and will be awarded money depending on the rankings you get.

Its my point of view.
I just thinking of it because many members are very much interested in certificate like me.
Even I did not seen certificate, what type of certificate you give to your members.

Thats why I suggest you this but if you dont like it then just ignore.
