I want to know that in the month of february which is occured only 28 day then how is it(second session) controlled !!!

The session or comp as you said run twice a month that is

FROM 1st to 15th of a month and results declare in 12 midnight of 15th

and next session start from 16th to 30th or 31st of that month and results declare at 12 midnight of 30th or 31st of that day..

how can i help the people and answer their question

I think subho your question is right,But think it when you complete a 31 days month with sessions 15 and 16 days.Like this it will be 15 and 13 days session,otherwise it may create problem in next month schedule.

This is my personal opinion and I am predicting only,Admin's decision will be final here.

first u have to register u self , u will get a mail to ut mailid, in that mailid (inbox) all the information will be given for u

Will there be any negative effects if one doesnt remain active in the forum for a few months..actually i am having my exams and going through campus drives...so i am unable to participate in the discussion...

Its my point of view.
I just thinking of it because many members are very much interested in certificate like me.
Even I did not seen certificate, what type of certificate you give to your members....

Thats why I suggest you this but if you dont like it then just ignore.
