I had finished 12 std and i am interested in studying B.tech biotech.what is the scope in this field???? i'm expecting good salary.. Will i get a job soon after i finished b.tech in biotechnology??? what is the difference between degree biotechnology and b.tech biotechnology?????

I am very interested in this but my family faces economical crisis, so many say this is not preferable, if I further do M.Tech in biotech can I get jobs with good salary in India itself. After completing p.hd you can take exams such as scholarship for p.hd (biotech PG students)


CSIR-Nehru science post doctoral research fellowship scheme.


CSIR-JRF forms released in the month of august(online) and exam conducts in the month of december.

I have done M.Tech Biotechnology and completed my training from Serum institute,pune.
I am getting a job in Serum but the package is too low and there is a 5-years bond. I am not interested in having a bond of 5-years.
Is there any current requirement in other biotech companies with better package and opportunities.

Would be grateful if you can help me.

biotechnology is totally waste. if u study mtech or phd only you will get good job.you cant job anywehre if u btech biotechnology.
