i want to apply for ms in usa, i have 1st year drp. will it affect my carreer and admission there?

i'll get drop this year means 1st year of computer engineering....
what should i do now???
may i get job after compliting my B.E.?

I had a drop after my 1st year due to health reasons and now I have a drop after my second because I was not able to clear my only remaining subject of ist year and I had clear my 2nd year with pointers 7 in both the semesters . Will this effect my future plus I am going through depression how should I deal with it

Okay. Try to give maximum no. Of exams in December bcz FE subjects are easy . And then give exam of remaining subjects in may.
