I am a state level gold medalists in the year 2008,i participated 2 times at inter university tournaments and now i am doing Ph.D in biochemistry, I have 2 international publication , can i get the any government job on the basis of the given qualification

certificates in athletics. sir can i apply to indian forces in sports quota and now there is any chance for sportsman in indian forces

Yes, there is a sport quota in indian army.
3 to 5 % of total seat is reserved for the candidates who comes under sport quota.
Sports quota is only applicable to those player who had represent a country in any national or international event.

IS there is any cricket team in INDIAN ARMY

As you have been a national level player, so it is very plus point for you.
But you have to qualify in written exam, then either in interview or in SSB test you will sure get benefits.
don't worry about it, but take preparation very carefully.
Because having national level certificate & medal is not only eligibility criteria but it will help you for selection only , so be careful about your preparation.

3 to 5% of total seats in Indian Army will be given to the sportsmen who is representing the indian team in different type of game.........................
some age relaxation will also given to the sportsmen.
Relaxation of age – Against sports quota entry, the upper age relaxation for oustanding sportsmen, who have played at International / National / State level may be considered upto a period of 12 months.
