sir , iwant to know mean of aggregate mark.it is including optional subject or excluding optional subject

Aggregate means the total marks scored out of grand total and in it your optional subject is counted.
Yourcompusory subjects like environmental science, or english somewhere is only just meant for passing.
So as a whole we can say optional subjects is added in your marks and it cannot be excluded

i am pursuing mca(second year) from pune university and till now i have 60% and above,its my desire to work with TCS but the problem with me is that
my aptitude skill of mathematics is very poor so i wanted the last 5 or 10 year placement papers(solved) so that i can prepare for it and have an idea about the type of questions that are being asked.

dear friend.

i think your not eligible.tcs eligibility criteria is minimum 60% through career.
check for the more details in official websites.........

Dear friend,
you are not eligible for on campus recruitment process in TCS
as they want 60% aal through.
But you are eligible for off campus intervies of TCS which they want 55% all through and you have that.

1) Campus Recruitment

2) Off-Campus Recruitment

3) Direct Walkin.

in on capus recruitment tcs want 60% through out ur careeer.and for 75% career u wii get a chance for direct p.i.

for off campus and walkin it may reduce to55%what i have saw this year in TCS website and for 70% career it is direct PI.

Most of the government jobs ask for 55% of aggregate marks in studies and you have 70% of aggregate marks so you are eligible for sure.....

Question 1: Can i join TCS??

Ans: Yes, my friend you can join TCS for sure because the eligibility criteria for TCS is 60 % above in 10th,12th and B.E/B.Tech.

Question 2: Procedure for TCS off-campus??

Ans: TCS off-campus is going to be very rare by this year, because they took most of the freshers in campus placement itself. The only way to get the information about off-campus of any company is to pass the info. to your friends around your place to keep you updated about the dates and time and you can talk to your college placement officers to keep you updated with the off-campus information.

Off-Campus will be like the same of the campus placement there is no separate procedure for off-campus all you have to do is to get your certificates and go to the college where the off-campus is taking place..for TCS you have 3 different rounds.

1) Aptitude Test

2) Technical Interview

3) HR Interview

Question 3: How I'll get an chance for walkin??..

Ans : Its really hard now a days for a fresher to get placed in a company through walk-in's because most of the MNC's prefer freshers only from campus placements. Now a days Walk-in's are only for experienced professionals in big companies. So its better you attend the placements through campus or off-campus by this year.

Question 1 : can i join TCS??

Ans : Yes, you are eligible for TCS placements because you have scored 60 % above in all your studies.

Question 2 : what will be the procedure for off campus??

Ans : The procedure for off-campus for TCS is the same as the campus placement, all you have to do is carry our certificate file and your college id card if TCS off-campus is announced in any of the college around your place.. You have 3 rounds to clear TCS..

You cannot attend TCS interview for another 6 months, because TCS wont allow candidates to attend the interview for 6 months if they took previously, so you can apply for TCS again after 6 months, you dont have to worry as you have cleared 2 rounds in TCS you can clear in the coming companies which comes for campus placements.. just prepare well and develop your communication skills.. you will surely get a job in a good company..
