There are many career opportunities available for candidates who have finished their MCA course. They can find employment with pioneer IT firms like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, HCL and Accenture in addition to other companies like Wipro, Satyam, IBM and Oracle. Those who get selected will be given training for 4 – 6 months. The initial salary of candidates will be about Rs. 3 lakhs - Rs. 4.5 lakhs. Those who have an experience of 5 years will a remuneration of about Rs. 9 lakhs. Students who are chosen for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) will be compensated as much as Rs. 15, 000 a month.
