In now a days every specialization is good for girls. But if your communication skills are good, then HR is the best option for you, because in these days, HR post is only availiable for Females. So, i will suggest you just choose HR as your major specialization. And if you are not interested in HR, then you can opt Finance. MBA in Finance have its great scope and you will get good jobs in top MNC's companies. But basically, it depends on your interest, so please opt specialization according to your interest. But I think HR is the best option for you. So, please think and then decide, because your future will depends on your decision.
