Can a Electrical & Electronics (EE) graduate apply for the Entrance Test?

hi dear,
getting job in ISRO is not so much easy. there is a written exam first and then you have to give an interview to join in ISRO.

as you are interested for ISRO surely you may get chance. but for this you have to take preparation from now.
for written examination clear all the basic things of your electronics and communication subject.
try to think something new.
try to do some good project.
increase your practical knowledge.
increase you solving aptitude power.
practice previous paper.
you can do so many things for your improvement.

but seat is less you have to work hard to full fill your dream. but it is not unreachable so you may get that. hope for the best.

thanks

dear friend,
As you have mentioned that you are now pursuing your B.tech course then you can apply for a job in ISRO.. For that you have to appear in written test exam , which is conduct by ISRO...
One can appear in that exam during the final year of B.tech course or after completion of the B.tech course...
One should have 60% aggregate throughout the career..
So, if you fulfill the criteria then you can apply for job in ISRO...
After clearing the exam you have to go through an interview session..
Where they will ask questions related to your technical papers..
Go for it... work hard and prepare yourself..
All the best..

hi friends,
I am an Engineering Student and my aim is to join ISRO, how to proceed?

To get into ISRO you must be a graduate which you already are. You must also get 55 to 60% in your final year of graduation.

Every year ISRO forms are out for which you must check the ISRO website. After you fill up the form you will be called for a small aptitude test followed by an interview which after you clear you can get through

Although its not considered easy to get through ISRO tests as their tests are tough and you should have a good hold on your basics of engineering

So prepare hard for it.

thanks

ISRO does recruits Engineers in electronics and communication. So branch should not be a problem for you.
You should concentrate on your studies at the moment because your percentage matters a lot.
For joining ISRO a written exam will be conducted.

However you should give gate exam also after Btech. Since those candidates who have good gate score can also be called directly for an Interview.

The exam is usually conducted in the month of April.

Application procedure

the applications can be made online in the month of february.
You will have to keep the registration number.
You will also have to give an Email Id so you must have a valid email id also

ISRO stands for indian space research organization and the premier institute in india for operations involving aerospace engineering and aeronautical engineering.

If you want to join ISRO then you have to give an exam called ISAT. The exam is held int he 3rd week of April each year and the application forms come out usually at the end of January each year at the website 'www.iist.ac.in' .

The application forms are available online and the test is offline. The subjects required for preparation are maths, physics and chemistry.

The test is taken only in offline mode and the centres includes all the major cities of india.

ISAT 2012 is over so you can prepare for ISAT 2013.

best of luck!!!
