sir, what is the selection process of MP SI technical exam and gen. Ke liye kitne minium marks SI exam ke liye chahiye 200 marks me and what is the require for physical test in SI like run, long & high jump kitne metre ka hota hai thankyo sir

Sir my right foot was frecturd one year back and a rod was inserted but now it was removed and I m unable to run too fast and my foot is unable to fully band or flexible can I apply in army pera military or police jobs Plzz answer me sir I m so depressed
