my date of birth is 29/11/1987, Can I apply for the CDS Exam I 2012

I was born on 18 september 1987.Am I eligible for CDS (OTA) exam 2012? plz reply me soon.

Dear,CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.
To apply for this examination a candidate should be
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible
to apply for the CDS examination.

Age Limit
The age limit required for the CDS examination is given below:
For IMA 19 - 24 years
For NA 19 - 22 years
For AFA 19 - 23 years
For OTA 19 - 25 years

The notification for CDS(II) will come in April.

For CDS(I)-2011
Woman candidate should have Date of Birth not before 2nd January 1987.
Unmarried women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless
divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are
eligible.
Woman candidate can apply only for Officers Training Academy(OTA).

For CDS(II) 2011 the required Date of Birth would be after 2nd July 1987.

So you can't apply for CDS(II)2011.

hi, i just wanted to ask that m i eligible for the CDS II 2012. my DOB is 11 sept 1987. i mean i ll be eligible for the exam for when the course commences i ll be 25 !! plzz help..

C.D.S.(II) examination is conducted by U.P.S.C.
By applying in C.D.S. candidates can able to join Indian defense service.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Age Criteria:-
For INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY:- 19-24 YEARS
FOR NAVAL ACADEMY:- 19-22 YEARS
FOR AIR FORCE ACADEMY:- 19-23 YEARS
FOR OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY:- 19-25 YEARS

* INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY:-
Candidates must have completed a degree from a recognized university.
* NAVAL ACADEMY:-
Candidates must completed B.Sc. degree with Physics & Mathematics as main subjects from a a recognized university.
Candidates who have done Engineering course are also eligible to apply.
* AIR FORCE ACADEMY:-
Candidates must be a degree holder.
Candidates should have also passed 10+2 level with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
* OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY:-
Candidate must be a graduate degree holder.

Marital Status:-
INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY, NAVAL ACADEMY, AIR FORCE ACADEMY:- UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES
OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY:- BOTH FOR MALE & FEMALE CANDIDATES.

sir.could you tell me how many times i can appear for NDA exams or for TES OF navy/army

1. A candidate should have completed their graduation with atleast 50% from Recognized Universities
   
   
2. Citizenship of INDIA.

Age limite:

1. Indian Military Academy : 19-24 Years
2. Air Force Academy : 19-23 Years
3. Naval Academy : 19-22 Years
4. Officers’ Training Academy :19-25 Years.

My date of birth is 10th january 1992 am i eligible for entry in the naval academy through CDS II 2013???

I Went through the notifications all over again and i am eligible as i was born on 11/06/1991 but damn a pop up comes out saying that i ain't eligible no more for AFA and i gotta enter 0 against it ! Mail me your precious suggestions to [email protected]
