Your gate score is decent to take admission in Nits but have to satisfy with lower branches.You can also try in second councelling for good branches.

The BITS pilani will conduct its own examination for M.tech. You can get the details through the pdf file i have attached with this. Read carefully the instruction given in the information boucher and apply for the exam conducted by BITS pilani.

if you not getting good score than you can take admission through BITS entrance test known as BITSAT every year.thisis a online entrance test.
so there is no use of gate score if you getting good score in bits entrance exam and you can log on to

Gate score card is applicable but your score is low so you have to apply individual in the university for admission in the BITS.
Procedure to apply in BITS:
Register Online at http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/hdadmn/ and download the application form. The completed application form along with the prescribed fees of Rs. 600/- in the form of crossed Demand draft should be sent to Admissions Officer, BITS, Pilani-333 031.

No nee to worry about your GAte score marks as they'll not make any impact to get admission in BITS PILANI.This university conducts its own entrance exam and they provide you a seat according to the marks obtained in this exam.

I have one very Imp Question that while answering above mentioned that IF ANYONE DOES'T HAVE GATE RANK UNDER 600 ,
that candidate can't get admission, that's fine.
