All the companies are good enough and presently are competing with one other.All companies give you handy salary packages and provide you new things to learn.

You cannot decide whether a company is better compared to other not based on its Salary package but based on its working environment,amount of knowledge you gain and facilities provided.Salary is always a secondary part but not a primary part.

So,never join a company based on its salary package but join a company based on its primary factors.

in the final year the companies visits to the college campus and gives the campus placements to the students. before this year the companies can only visit for the 8th sem in the b.tech, but from this year the 7th and 8th sem both student can appear in the companies placement interviews. so it is a good news.

the companies will held the different tests and these tests are in three phases:-

first is the aptitude test
second is the technical test
and then the HR interview.

so you have to pass these tests and then you will be selected for the interview. you have to good command on the communication skills and on the english. by this you will get a good job in a recognized company.

TCS and Accenture is the best.........

HCL is the most unethical indian IT Service company.They says that notice period is 2 months in hCL.But when you put paper they will say that employee has to serv 3 months.

They promise anything to get people recruited.But then they wont even do a proper appraisal system.It is a Geriatric company with outdated policy.
They cheat emplyees and pays money to media to publish such crap videos.They also pays to media to get them rated as best employer..Cheap HR and Management

Tcs is better than all these companies because there is a job satisfication and much salary and job satisfication

HCL:1) HCL is not good for fresher. I joined HCL last year 2011 as Software Engineer and I was assigned a project and I am working(haha) there as developer but there is no work in it. I have to sit idle and this is same with other 29 students from my batch and other freshers. We go in the morning and come back in evening as we have to go daily but in this 7-8 months I have just worked on MS Excel.There are a lots of people who say that they were idle for starting 2 years after joining HCL and some are till now.This is due to there very poor middle level managers because they don't know tallent management.This may sound good to someone but there is no learning and you will remain at the same post and salary and cannot switch after even 5-6 years because you will have no experience . HCL is good for someone who wants to prepare for MBA or other higher studies as S/he will concentrate on studies(becoz no work).

2)If you have 5-6 years of experience then HCL is best company for you as they said it is retirement policy.

3)My package was 3.25L but I get 20,000 approx. in hand but TCS offers 3.16L and gives 23,000 approx in hand.

TCS:1) Lots of my friends are in TCS and they are very happy with the company and work.Also they have more chances of going abroad because the ratio of there onsite and offsite strength is same.

infosys and syntel are equally good and better than TCS and Patni.

1)Infosys is good for training but heavy work is there.
2)Syntel is also gives good training and also work.

Since i am also a software engineer i can help you with this qery.

From the top 6 list of companies you gave.

There are 3 top companies from my opinion.They are

Infosys

TCS

HCL

Remaining are the companies which come after these companies.So these have a high repute than the rest.

Coming to which is best.The choice should be seen in two ways.If you are coming from a software background then you can take the TCS.

IF you are not then go for the infosys.since you can have a plenty time of training period for learning the stuff.

Where as the TCS also provides but the if you are a core student.You can have some advantage out of it.

So the choice can be between the TCS & Infosys.Both are top companies.Both can give you a good start for your career.

So choose wisely and go ahead with your dreams fullfilled.

From the list of companies it's better to join TCS why because TCS is good and secure company ,and you will not have too much effort and after the completion of time duration they give the chance with extent of one year extra time.

Virtusa or TCS?? I'm totally confused! Where in virtusa, the joining is within a week.. And TCS they are taking so much time to give the JL's. Msy be in december! What should I do? Wait for TCS or join virtusa????
