if you have scored 50% Marks in all the papers together is required to qualify in the examination. The pass mark therefore would be 100 out of a total of 200 in all the papers together. So, please work hard, if you really interested to to clear this exams.

So, if you have scored 50% Marks in all the papers together is required to qualify in the examination. The pass mark therefore would be 100 out of a total of 200 in all the papers together. So, please work hard, if you really interested to to clear this exams.

To clear this examination, you really need lots of practice, it was not easy exams, if you have work hard only then you will get sucess in this exams.

Dear..

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. It is a exam which is conducted two times in a year and the exam is also known as the Preliminary exam for the course of CA. If you are a 12th class pass student and want to become a chartered accountant then you must have to give CPT exam.

Pattern Exam:-

200 Marks will be there

Subjects :-
Maths 50 marks
Economics 50 marks
Law 40 marks
Accounts 60 marks

You must get at least 50% marks that means 100 marks in order to clear the exam. If you are a graduate then you can skip CPT and directly go for IPCC level. One more thing that i want to tell you is that from coming year there will be a sectional cut off also imposed and hence if you want to clear the exam then you have to pass in every section separately.

You have to score 50% Marks in the CPT Exams, only then you can qualify the CPT Exams.

CA foundation comprises of 4 papers:total=400,where each paper consist of 100 marks.

Paper 1rinciples and practice of accounting
Paper 2:Business law and business correspondence and reporting
(subjective papers and doesn't carry negative marking)
Paper 3:Business mathematics,logical reasoning and statistics
Paper 4:Business economics and commercial knowledge
(objective papers and carry negative marking 1/4)

A student will be declared to be pass if he/she scored a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the papers in one sitting,subject to the principle of negative marking.
