Let me share my experience with AK Sir. Initially , he started with basics in Physics(Maths) which helped me secure 96% in +2. Then , the test series followed and the confidence to solve problems within 4-5 sec. We were a group of few students only and happy that all of us have done well. ( Bece & Jece result is about to be published ).Though, I am interested to pursue Medical course and I have done well in AIEEE also just on the basis of Physics ( since I concentrated more on Medical ) .

I just wanted to share that inspite of being focussed on medical entrance , I also appeared for AIEEE2011 and got a state rank of 1100. Hope you will take a wise decision specially those who could not make it to Med/Engg this year due to Physics.Though , there are some good teachers as written in this thread in Patna but the commitment and easy to understand approach is what matters . Thanks for giving AK Sinha Sir reference.I was initially dejected to give a try for medical entrance next year but after meeting Sir,I feel I have regained my confidence .His explanation on how to go about solving numericals in quick time took me by surprise as this year was my second attempt. Clear unederstanding of concepts is neccessary for IIT JEE. So don't be confused large hording & board. Most of the results published in news papers are also false. Some times media is also managed for this porpose. I think you should do two things
1. You should take suggetions from well excelent students, that are expected to be IITian or are all ready IItian or AIEEEian. These students can judge his/her teacher properly.
2. You should ask for 2-3 demo classes. It will make you clear that what your teacher knows. You should not only rely on IITian because " a disqualified student of IIT may be good in a particular subject". It must also be noted that selection in IIT depends on other factors also like catagory, cut-off marks etc.
