I am working in a BPO non-voice sector in MNC and I am working in complete night shift from past 4 years.
I am really fed up. Now I am not able to continue anymore in night shifts. But presently there are no openings. I don't know how to change BPO field also.
Trying to do some courses which can change my carrier. But don't know what to do?
I cannot leave work also because of family commitments.
Please suggest how to change my carrier or is there any courses that can change my carrier.

And the post graduation course for the B.A is M.A

And the M.A(Masters in Arts) is the pg course for a B.A Ug student.
