Registration Fee for Limited liability Company - Company Secretary:

The registration fee for Limited liability Company varies according to states which are from fifty US dollar to five hundred US dollar. Thus, it is very beneficial for the small as the big companies.

Admission to the CS Course is open throughout the year. Examinations are held twice a year in June & December.

Cut off dates for admission to CS course:

For Foundation Programme
31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year
30th September for June Examination next year
For Executive Programme
28th February for December Exams in the same
year
31st August for June Exam next year


CS Prospectus can be obtained from any of the offices of the Institute across India and

Cost of Prospectus for Foundation Programme : Rs. 200/- by cash payment while
Rs. 250/- by Post or courier
Cost of Prospectus for the Executive Programme : Rs. 300/- by cash payment while
Rs.350/- by Post or courier

Payment Option : The payment can be sent to the Headquarters by demand draft drawn in favour of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ payable at New Delhi OR by cash across the counter from the Headquarters, Regional Offices & a few of the Chapters.

Registration fee for the CS. course is normally between Rs. 1100 - 4500.But, this range varies from place to place.Different institute have different fees.So, you have to mention the institution from where you have to do the required course so that we can help you in a right manner.

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India) is a correspondence course and cab be pursed any time of a year.

The CS course is divided in to three parts:-

FOUNDATION PROGRAM-The candidate having completed 12th in any stream is eligible for this program. Course Fee Rs.3600.00, Exam fee Rs.875.00

EXECUTIVE PROGRAM-The candidate having either completed Foundation program or having completed Graduation in any stream is eligible directly for this program. Course Fee Rs.6500.00 for those completed Foundation Program, Rs.7000.00 for Commerce Graduate and Rs.7500.00 for other Graduate, Exam fee Rs.900.00

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM-The candidate having completed Executive Program is eligible for this Program. Course Fee Rs.7500.00 with Exam Fee Rs.750.00.

I have send DD (citybank) by the name Poonam Nigam through Ragistered AD from MOTERA PO Ahmdabad, along with the Ragistration no 420398058/05/2005 and application form. But till date we have not received AD letter . weather you have received it or not?
Please check at your end as time for ragistration is very short.

This course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional


Eligibilty to apply for the CS Foundation course is:
>> 12th Pass in any stream
No minimum percentage of marks required in class12th


Subjects of the CS foundation Course is:
English and Business Communication
Economics and Statistics
Financial Accounting
Elements of Business Laws and Management

hello dear , as you are a ca inter student , if u have passed cpt of ca course then you can directly get register in cs executive course of company seceretary ,the registration fee is 9000 for direct entry to executive scheme after passing cpt of ca course

and you have not passed cpt of ca course which means direct got entry to ca inter then you will have to get registered with cs foundation course by paying a fee of rs 4500 to cs institute,

as you are a ca student you can understand the rest procedure as it is same as ca in cs
