Can we get admission from up board school to CBSE school for class 10

My son is studying in 9th grade,CBSE in Qatar. Due to job requirement I need to relocate to Muscat,Oman. Please advise if he can get admission in 10th grade(2017-2018 academic year) after completing 9th grade in Qatar.

My daughter is in 8th in Maharashtra state board school. But I wish to change her board to cbse for Std 9 and 10th. Is it possible?

Yes of course you can take admission in another school of cbse in 10th after passing 9th
Only details of yours, migration certificate and reports of 9th will be required.
And obviously people getting transferred take admission like this only
