Admission in PhD is possible without clearing PET exam?

I have completed B.A. , M.A., B.Ed. , M.Ed. So tell me that Can I direct apply phd admission without clearing the PET exam?

The candidate who have got UGC NET or CSIR NET score can apply for Ph. D admission directly without appearing for any other entrance examination.
