hello sir,am bds graduate,,can i got job in pharmaceuticals industry..other than dentist what job can i got

look i am unable to understand that why have you done BDS then and now you are saiyng that you are willing to go for other options than becoming a dentist but my duty to answer your querry so yes you can but the scope is limited ,, you can be a lecturar or you can be a normal physician , i think for more details you must consult your teachers and in my openion just pay attention towards what you are learning and take intrest in it,, you may be having great potential to become a great dentist and in my openion thats the best job after BDS .. good luck hope you will concentrate and do well bye ,, take care

yes you can get a job in pharmaceuticals industry

u can join a kpo specialising in medical services, a clinical research laboratory, a hospital's junior administrator and every other job which graduates are eligible to do

you can do MS or FRCS and start your own clinic and generate your oincome

besides dentist job there is no good jobs for bds holders

After BDS you will get jobs in pharmaceuticals industry, government
hospital or private hospital wherein dentistry is becoming increasingly
important, no other jobs you will get after BDS........

how can i become a lecturer aft doing my bds ?????

sorry friend.you can can do in pharmaceutical industry..there is a professional pharmacy course called B.Pharmacy,diploma in pharmacy...you must study these...the pharmaceuticals means in that course how much of different drugs must be used in different proportions.it is complicated and dedicated one..it is easy to enter pharmaceutical companies with out bachelor's degree in pharmacy either diploma in pharmacy.

MDS after BDS will provide lot of opportunities.Besides the job of dentist you can opt teaching.MBA in pharmacy is another option.Running his/her own clinic is another option.Career opportunities are available in pharmaceutical industries,research centers,clinics etc.They can even enter government service by passing the PSC exam.The BDS candidates can also move to army or navy where the post will start as a captain.

You have done your graduation with BDS so this is specialized for dentist.
but you can do other jobs so please tell me what type of job you can do after BDS.
If you can do then you can do any other diploma in Computer and entering in computer field.
but according to me you can do your job with dentist your profession is not ti do other job.

the problem with bds, is that you get to the end of 3rd yr and it feels like such a shit course and job that you wanna eat ur own testicles. SO i can understand how this questions came about, if anyone has done a BDS and is working in a completely different field plz share ur experience.

you cannot get a job in pharmaceutical industry as your qualification is bds .please pay your attention towards the carrer properly. i hope you can become a good physician or you can go towards the faculty side.being a physician you can earn more money and have a good position in society

Ideally,what will be the salary package for an BDS & MDS professional in India? does a BDS professional gets a job as a dentist in multi-specialty hospitals easily or do they need to do any additional courses apart from these to get a job into multi-specialty hospitals? Actually people make fun of BDS degree.just follow straight line ...if u want to be dentist then do BDS ,if wan to go in teaching line do MDS..This is a self employment professional degree.
well i cn understand this is due to privatization in education..nw u have to help urself..those BDS graduates who r nt interested in dentistry if ve money try to open dental hospital.or the d best way know ur hobby /interest .change ur profession asap..
dont look for job in india ,even an sweeper get more salary than bds its true ... this is indian DCI.

Thats so negative frame of mind! . Friends i thought the same for but what you need to do is set up a clinic and stick on. You will have your private patients and eventually do very well.. Be good at what you do, if not improve your knowledge on what you have to do and you will do well at your clinical work.

Remember you are a dentist and you can practise all your life if you have the minimum set up to run a clinic even from home!. So do well. Good luck and god bless.
