yeah after completing your M.C.A you are eligible to appear in IAS entrance examination.
As per educational qualification you just need a degree as you will definitely have that because you are already pursuing MCA so you might long back completed your graduation.

next eligibility trait is you should have 21 years of age and not exceeding 30 years in case of general applicant.this will also satisfied by you.

next trait is you should be indian by nationality.

if you are able to satisfy all these traits then you are said to be eligible to appear in the examination conducted by UPSC for the recruitment into Indian Civil services like IAS/IPS/IFS etc.,

so after satisfying all the conditions you are eligible to get enrolled for the examination.
after the next notification of UPSC you can apply for the examination.
mean while get prepared for the examination.
by your self or by any coaching center with regular classes.

MCA degree are also eligible for IAS exam.IAS exam conducted by UPSC.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IAS EXAM:-

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.

AGE CRITERIA:

For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 30 years
For OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST category candidates,only minimum age is required i.e 21 years.

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:

4 attempts for General category candidates
7 attempts for OBC category candidates
Unlimited attempts for sc/st category candidates

UPSC conducts IAS Exam. You can write IAS Exam after completion of MCA. There is no trobule of MCA course to IAS Exam.

The selection for IAS Exam is done in following phases.
CSAT - Civil Services Aptitude Test
Main Examination
Interview

Age limits :

Eligibility Criteria for IAS ::

1. A candidate should be a graduate in any discipline. M.Tech's and MCA students can also apply for this exam.

2. The age of the candidate should be between 21-30 years for GEN candidates, 21-33 years for OBC candidates, and 21-35 years for SC/ST candidates.

3. Final year students can also apply.

So now since you are an MCA graduate, you can certainly apply for the IAS.

IAS eligibility criteria:-

Age limit:- 21-30 years as on 1.7.2012. (Upper age limit relaxable for SCs/STs, OBCs and certain other categories.

Certainly after MCA, one can attend IAS exam. Generally only a graduation is required for this position. Those whose age is between 21 years and 30 years can apply. You need to attend Preliminary exam, Main exam followed by Personal Interview to get a final selection for this post. You can choose any two subjects from the list provided in the UPSC site for preparing for this exam.
