My brother is 10 years of age but he is studying in 8th standard right now from BSEB Board. I would like to know that what is the age criteria for appearing the Board exam of BSEB Board for 10th standard? Please help me to know about this asap.

As per bihar board, minimum age to appear for exams of 10th class is 14 years.
If your brother is less than 14 years of age he cannot appear for that.

Minimum age should not be less than 14 years.

As per my knowledge, your brother will not be able to appear in 10th board examination at the age of 12th years because he is studying in 8th standard at 10 years of age.

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, here is the basic age criteria that is required in order to appear in 10th BSEB Board Examination.

<> The minimum age required - 14 years

<> Maximum age allowed - 16 years

Hence, if your brother meets the required age criteria by the time he arrives to pursue 10th Class then he is eligible and otherwise he is not eligible.

Right now he is pursuing 8th Class with the age of 10 years and he attains 12 years by the time he has to pursue 10th Class. According to this, he may not be eligible to appear in 10th Class BSEB Board Examination. You may also contact concerned school for getting more clarification.
