Having managed just 42.17% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together, you are not eligible to apply for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) unless you belong to reserved category as the minimum required marks in aggregate in PCB subjects to apply for NEET is 50% in case of general category candidates while the same in case of candidates from reserved category is 40%.

Being a ST category candidate and having managed 42.17% marks in aggregate in PCB group subjects, you are eligible to apply for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) as for reserved category candidates the minimum marks in aggregate required in PCB group subjects at higher secondary school level is just 40% which is 50% in case of candidates from general category.
