Certainly you can pursue CA after CS. But the same is not mandatory. You can join for the IPCC level directly. The CS course is more related to legal aspects involved in the company. The CA course is basically for those who wish to make a career in the field of financial accounting and taxation. You can decide based on the area that interests you.
