hi friend..
One is always recommended to choose to have one's further education in the same stream or field that one has studied in the past.
This is because it gives meaning to the past degrees and also makes one more knowledgeable about the subject.
But in many instances, though students score pretty well in their past degrees, they want to change their fields of study because they don't see themselves enjoying in the same stream for very long.

Though M.Sc in Chemistry may fetch you good job prospects, but as you have decided to take a U-turn, you must go for pursuing some other course, if not degree so as to get better work options, as I don't think a B.Sc degree can fetch very attractive work.

Thus, you can do various courses in:
1. Microbiology
2. Laboratory
3. Clinical Research
4. Food testing
etc.

Just to give you an example, there is one institute called as CLINIMINDS which provides 6 months training in clinical research to Science students (+2 pass-outs or Graduates).
And also gives them attractive job options in the same.
The Institute has it's branches in quite a few cities, the main institute being at New Delhi.

good luck my friend...
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
