Am I eligible for IES and PSUs having Myopia with power greater than -6D?


I am having myopia with power greater than -6 D. Am I eligible for PSU and ies? If yes than please tell me tha names of psu who allow higher degree of myopia.

If you have fulfilled below given eye-sight criteria then you are eligible for IES and PSU exam otherwise not.

Corrected with Glass –> 6/6
Myopia Limits -> - 0.75
Hypermetropia -> +1.5
Color Perception -> I
Binocular Vision -> III

with this much power you cannot get railways in IES but other departments are allowed for you. You have not specified your branch so other departments vary from branch to branch.

I have -9(spherical cylinder) as eye power am i eligible for ies and psus
