Am I eligible for M.Tech marine engineering in IMU Chennai Campus after completing 12th with 67% aggregate


Sir i have completed +2 with 67% aggregiate now i have joined mechanical engineering but after completion of mechanical engineering am i eligible for join in M.tech marine engineering in imu chennai campus please reply of sir, THANK YOU .......

i got 3627 rank and iam from mec engg branch and in pgecet 2014 in whick colleges i will get seat in hyderabad...pls list the colleges according to my rank...
